Hello

I'm Caitlin Parys, the founder of Brooklyn Hearing Center (BHC). I believe audiology is most effective when approached collaboratively - empowering each client with the right tools after a clear diagnosis.

My mother couldn’t have been more proud when I followed in her footsteps into this profession. As we often "talked shop," we would dream about a practice that embraced the latest research and put patients in control of their own hearing goals. At BHC, I’ve made that vision a reality. As a small practice, we take the time to truly listen and provide personalized care tailored to each individual.

As a Brooklyn resident and parent, I’m committed to helping families stay connected through better communication. When I’m not working with patients, I love exploring Brooklyn’s parks, playgrounds, and local gems with my family. I’m also a lifelong learner and an avid listener of talk radio and podcasts.

I earned my B.S. in Public Health from The University of Georgia and my Au.D. from Montclair State University, completing my fellowship year at Columbia University Medical Center. I hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) and am a proud member of the New York State Speech-Language-Hearing Association (NYSLHA).
